We are pleased to announce the introduction of some new license option for our range of MindManager add-ins, OPTi-P2, OPTi-Word, OPTi-Q, OPTi-Suite, OPTi-Docs and OPTi-Addins.

The site licences are available for Schools, Colleges, Universities, Not for Profit Organisations and Government Departments. Site licensing provides a single licence key which can be used install MindManager version from MindManager Pro 7 onwards and includes home use as well as multiple machine installs.

If you want to extend the capabilities of MindManagger across your organisation then consider an OPTi-Site License.

OPTi-Affiliate Program Launched

We are please to announce the launch of our new affiliate program to help promote Olympic Mindjet MindManager add-ins and offer a revenue generating opportunity for anyone who would like to help us spread the word about Olympic, its partners and the add-ins and services we offer.

The program offers a 35% commission on net sales of OPTi-Word, OPTi-Q, OPTi-P2, OPTiDocs and OPTi-Addins (Master Unlock Code only) with 60 day retention period on visitors who download from and interact with our website and then proceed to make a purchase of one or more of these add-ins.

We will be adding more products and services to the program in the near future and will also be running special promotions for affiliates from time to time.

Mindlogik – Olympic Partnership

Olympic are pleased to announce today the partnership with New Zealand based Mindjet MindManager partner, Mindlogik Limited.

As some of you may have already noticed over the last few days we have added some new MindManager addins to our portfolio and this will be the start of many co-operative engagements with Patrick Baker and his team at Mindlogik to help introduce more customers to the possibilities that are available when using Mind Mapping applications.

This new collaboration will also enable Olympic to offer New Zealand and Australian based users access and support for our addins through Mindlogik directly while mirroring that opportunity for Mindlogik customers who look to use any of the Olympic product range.

We are proud to announce OPTi-Addins, our new delivery platform for addins to MindManager 2012 users.

The OPTi-Addins Ribbon Menu

OPTi-Addins is a FREE download that contains six complimentary addins for MindManager 2012 as well as a further seven addins that can be unlocked and enabled by purchasing an unlock code. This allows you to choose specific addins that you want to use and you can then enable/disable them within the OPTi-Addin Ribbon Menu as you choose.

Master Unlock Code

Unlock codes can be purchased individually or in bundles that save you money but we have also introduced a Master Unlock code which will allow you to unlock ALL the current addins as well as ALL new addins we develop for OPTi-Addins for the rest of 2012.

OPTi-Word 3.4 Update

OPTi-Word for MindManagerSupport added for Attachments…!

We have just released another update to our MindManager flexible Word export, OPTi-Word. The new update adds support for Topic Attachments which enables you to incorporate a complete document when it is attached to an exported Topic.

Summary of version 3.4 changes:

  • added support for Topic Attachments
  • updated download update url
  • updated User Guide

Currently the new Attachment feature supports Microsft® Word, Microsoft® Excel and Adobe PDF file formats. Any other file type attached is ignored. The export option will only work on singular attachments at present but we hope to extend this shortly.

Thank you to all those who suggested ideas that we were able to incorporate into this update. Please keep your ideas coming as we will try our best to include them in future updates of OPTi-Word where possible.

The new version is ready for download from the OPTi-Word page.

OPTi-Word 3.3 Update

We have just released another update to our MindManager flexible Word export, OPTi-Word. The new update adds some new functions and fixes some minor bugs along with adding some other general improvements.

Summary of version 3.3 changes:

  • added support for user customisable text prefix for Hyperlinks and Relationships
  • added support for exporting Topics that are hidden from view
  • added ability to override style Topic Text attributes (Bold, Italic, Underline, & Left, Right & Center alignment
  • added Tabs for Topic and Map export options
  • added OPTi-Word Map Marker, (Orange), to show Topics with attributes that are excluded from export
  • updated automatic refreshing of Styles
  • fixed issues with positioning of Custom Properties and Spread Sheets
  • fixed issues with intermittent errors when using Map Image option
  • improved error handling

  • added support for including TOC (Table of Contents)
  • Fixed intermittent bug with Spread Sheet and Custom Properties on Word 2007 exports
  •  added support for applying styles to tabular outputs (Spread Sheets, Custom Properties and Task information)
  • added progress display during export
  • added support for including Topic images on Topics or in Notes
  • added ability to store export options in the Map
  • removed requirement to manually update settings when map is changed

Summary of version 3.1 changes:

- added support for multiple hyperlinks

- added support for spreadsheets
- added function to assign default styles to map
- added function to show/hide OPTi-Word Map Markers
- added function to allow multiple topic selection and editing
- fixed auto update setting so it saves
- added function to limit listed styles to exclude table formats that can cause errors
