Volume Licensing: If you are looking to purchase more than 5 licences for any of our products, please contact us. We can often offer better pricing on volume orders so please call us on +44 208 144 4224 or alternatively use the form located on the contact us section of the web site and we will provide custom pricing for your requirements.
Pricing: All prices on our website are stated exclusive of UK value added tax, (VAT, currently 17.5%). See below for details of how we handle VAT on order placed on-line. Products available in multiple currencies may change from time to time to reflect fluctuations in the exchange rate. The price you pay at time of order is always the price as stated on our website.
VAT: VAT will be charged for all order placed within the UK unless a valid VAT exemption certificate is supplied. Order placed by customers located outside of the UK will be handles according to the following:
Order placed within the EU: All orders received from with the EU will be subject to VAT. If you are purchasing from within the EU and have a valid EU VAT Registration number for your company or business, please enter it in the comments section of the order form within PayPal. If your order has a valid VAT registration number when we receive it all VAT will be refunded from you purchase upon receipt.
Orders placed outside of the EU: All orders received from outside of the UK and EU should not be charged VAT. This is handled via our PayPal purchase system. If your order is charged VAT for any reason and you are outside of these regions we will refund the VAT upon receipt of order.
Delivery: All products are delivered via electronic delivery. This means you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase from PayPal followed by an email detailing your licence key(s) and instructions for how you can access and download the software if required directly from Olympic. Sometimes the licence email may be delayed if we are awaiting licence stock. If this is the case we will notify you when the order is placed.
