Value Added Tax/Sales Tax
VAT is charged on all orders placed within the UK and the EU. Orders placed by customers outside the UK will be handled according to the following:
Orders placed within the EU: As of January 2021 the UK has left the EU. This means VAT at your domestic rate will be charged on your purchase as an EU consumer.
Orders placed outside of the EU: All orders received from outside the UK and EU will not be charged sales tax. The customer may be charged import tax/duty which is their responsibility to declare.
Delivery
All products are delivered via electronic delivery. This means you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase followed by a second email detailing your license key(s) and instructions on how to access & download your ordered software. Sometimes the second email may be delayed if we are awaiting license stock. If this is the case we will notify you when the order is placed.
